Laser & Shakeout Operations — High-capacity fiber laser cutting and shakeout operations efficiently process, cut, and denest steel and tubing while scrap and skeletons are collected for recycling. Press Brake Operations — Precision forming delivers accurate, repeatable bends to engineered specifications, ensuring proper fit, structural integrity, and reliable assembly. Material Sourcing & Production — Continuous sourcing of steel, tubing, and flatbar supports the production of plasma table frames, fixture tables, CNC router tables, brackets, housings, panels, supports, and other precision-fabricated components, moving materials efficiently from raw stock through cutting, forming, fabrication, and finished production.

Assembly Team & Testing — Our Assembly Department integrates precision-fabricated components into complete plasma tables, including frames, gantries, motion systems, motors, torch mounts, cable systems, controls, and electrical connections. Each machine is aligned, adjusted, leveled, and function-tested for proper motion, wiring, safety systems, and operation before final inspection. Approved machines are protected, secured, and prepared for trucking and shipment.
STVCNC® Linear Guide & Gantry Assembly

Linear Guide Rails, Gantries & Head Assemblies — Our assembly operation focuses on the precision alignment and construction of the machine’s primary motion system, with linear guide rails, rack-and-pinion systems, side plates, and gantry components carefully positioned and secured for accurate, rigid assembly. Gantries incorporate aluminum extrusions, brackets, gussets, torch and laser mounts, sensors, motors, and head assemblies, while ball-bearing carriages are greased and checked for smooth travel. Specialized fixtures and dedicated assembly tables maintain precision throughout production, supporting standard 2x4, 4x4, 5x5, 4x8, 5x10, and 6x12 configurations, along with custom-sized gantry and linear guide assemblies.
STVCNC® Crating, Packing & Order Fulfillment
We build it here, pack it up and ship it out.
Our Crating, Packing & Order Fulfillment operation prepares STVCNC® systems, components, accessories, and consumables for secure shipment. In-house crates are built from plywood and 2x4 lumber for modular plasma table orders, with pallets, nail guns, wrapping, stacking, and metal strapping used to secure larger assemblies. Component fulfillment includes boxing and labeling parts, fastener bagging, Hypertherm® plasma units and consumables, and wrapping panels, frames, and assemblies. Foam packing, shrink wrap, and preventative packing methods help protect components from movement and handling damage throughout shipment.

STVCNC® Plasma Guard — Anti-Rust Protection — STVCNC® Plasma Guard helps protect cut material, water pans, and flatbar slats from rust and corrosion while reducing odors, fumes, bacteria, and buildup. It also provides cooling, sound suppression, and reduced arc glare during plasma cutting. For best results, use Reverse Osmosis (RO) water with continuous agitation and maintain a pH of 9.0, periodically verified with a pH Balance Kit. Proper concentration and maintenance are essential for consistent performance; see the recommended dilution ratios for proper use.

We manufacture, ship & deliver a solid product!
Our Team prepares each plasma table, fixture table, and CNC router table for safe transportation from our facility to its final destination. Machines are carefully inspected, protected, secured, and prepared for loading, with attention given to exposed components, moving assemblies, electrical systems, accessories, and finished surfaces, unless specified differently by the table purchaser.

STVCNC® Global Distributors — Our team supports private-label distribution by preparing and shipping select CNC equipment under the purchaser’s brand and specifications, from product configuration and identification through packaging and final shipment. Our manufacturing output reaches customers through an established distributor network across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, extending our products into international markets while supporting regional availability, fulfillment, and customer access. This global network is backed by consistent quality, repeatable manufacturing, and dependable product supply.
STVCNC® Grind, Weld & Finishing
We weld it strong, grind it smooth and finish it right.
STVCNC® Grind, Weld & Finish — Our in-house welding and grinding teams fabricate and finish structural components with a focus on precision, craftsmanship, and tight tolerances. Tubing is secured in precision jig fixtures to produce square, consistent frames, while welds are ground and prepared for finishing. Leak testing, rail and carriage movement checks, flatbar slat cutting, leveling-foot fabrication, and detailed finishing are performed throughout the process.
STVCNC® Paint & Baking
We prep it, coat it, bake it and protect it.
STVCNC® Paint & Baking — Components are cleaned, prepared, painted, and baked in our dedicated finishing operation. Large painting and baking equipment accommodates full-size table frames, while dedicated racks and rolling fixtures support smaller components. Brackets, trays, panels, shields, plates, endcaps, control boxes, gantries, housings, shrouds, and other fabricated parts are finished in-house for consistent coverage and durability.
STVCNC® Machine Shop
We make the precision parts that make it work.
STVCNC® Machine Shop — Our in-house machine shop, equipped with 6+ Haas CNC mills and supporting machinery, produces a wide range of precision components for our equipment. We machine clamps, gear-reduction plates, gears, pinions, side plates, head assemblies, gussets, breakaway and beveler systems, torch clamps, endcaps, laser-guide components, router components, sensor brackets, and more, with in-house deburring, threading, hole preparation, and finishing supporting the complete fabrication process.
