STARTERGUIDE - CHECKPOINT 02

UNLOADING

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

REMOVE STRAPS

Release the table from any straps or tarping that may hinder forklifting.

FORKLIFT

You will need a forklift to unload the table safely off the truck.

WOOD BEAMS

You will need two 4-in. x 4-in. x 8-ft wood beams to balance and unload safely.

Note: 20′ Length Production Tables will require two forklifts & four wood beams.

STEP 1: SETUP

POSITIONING

Lifting Position: Wide forks with one wood beam 6″ inches from the tips, the second wood beam towards the back of forks.

INSERTING

As the forklift drives slowly forward into the tables’ open frame, insert the beams one at a time into their positions.

STEP 2: CHECK

MOTOR DISTANCE

Drive the forklift into the opening of the table having a safe distance from the Tables’ Gear Reduction Motor.

CENTERING

Make sure the wooden beams are centered to the table and to the undercarriage support beams.

STEP 3: UNLOAD

LIFT & TILT

Once all is in place, lift and tilt the table towards you a bit as you unload it off the truck carefully.

SETTING

The Table is an indoor table. Set it in a place at your shop that will have access to forklifting metal sheets onto the table.

STEP 4: INSPECT & SIGN

UNWRAP & INSPECT

Carefully unwrap and inspect the table for any damages that may have occurred during transit.

NOTATE & SIGN

Important to notate damages for any claims or comments before signing. Sign to accept the table and keep a copy for your records.

SHIPPING

SELF-PICKUP & THIRD-PARTY

Tables ship from our 50,000 sq. ft. Las Vegas facility on a flatbed, safely tarped & strapped direct to your Location. You have the FREE option of picking up your table at our facility. Schedule with your Sales agent for Pickup Day/Time. For Self-Pickup, please have ready “TARPS & STRAPS” for securing and protecting your load against the elements. An ideal flatbed trailer “without fenders” will work. Any concerns on your trailer meeting requirements, please confirm with your sales agent for further details.
